Everyone wants to know when they conceived their baby. It is easy to figure out. You can also use this method to plan out when you can conceive a baby, by calculating out when you are ovulating. This method will give you a general date of when you conceived your baby based on the time when you were most fertile.

Mark or Check Your Calendar

Look on your calendar to determine the first day of your last period. It is very difficult to determine when conception occurred unless you know the date your menstrual cycle started.

If you are trying to become pregnant, mark the first day of your next period on the calendar.

If you are trying to conceive or plan your pregnancy it is important that you have a conception calendar.

Count The Days

Count out fourteen days from the first day of your last period. This is the time when you are ovulating and most fertile. Although you can become pregnant any time in the month, this is the time that you are most likely to conceive.

You will also need this information to calculate your due date. Your doctor will also need to input this information into his due date calculator to help you find the most accurate due date.

Mark the next three days on your calendar.

If you are already pregnant, this is the time when you most likely conceived your baby.

If you are trying to become pregnant, this is the time when you are most likely to conceive. This is the best pregnancy calculator method.

This method should not be used for birth control. Just avoiding these three days of the month will not protect you from becoming pregnant. You can become pregnant any time of the month, this calculation method will show you the days that you are ovulating and have the best chance of becoming pregnant.

Conception is best achieved when you are healthy and maintaining a healthy body weight. Stop smoking, drinking and other bad habits before trying to conceive.

All women of child bearing age should take folic acid. Folic acid is necessary in the beginning of your pregnancy before you even are aware of your pregnancy. If you are pregnant begin taking folic acid immediately. Ask your doctor for more information.
