How to Burn Calories Easy

Knowing how to burn calories easy can help you meet your weight loss and diet goals. If you keep yourself moving and keep your metabolism burning, you will be happy with your weight loss goals.

KEEP MOVING - Keep yourself moving and busy each day. Be physically active in your daily life and it will not even feel like exercise. There are probably many things that you do each day or need to do, that will burn calories. Get outside and do all of the gardening on your list, play sports with your kids or your friends or do some needed home repairs.

BUILD MUSCLE - Burn calories easy by building up muscle that continues to burn calories 24 hours per day. Exercise a minimum of three days per week and preferably seven days per week to build up muscle. The more muscle you have built up, the more calories it burns. Use your own body weight to help you build muscle. Do lunges, squats and push ups to build up your muscle.

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER - Drink plenty of cold water each day to help you burn calories easy. If you drink ice cold water throughout the day, you will burn an additional 70 calories per day. That is a nice snack of an apple. You should drink at least eight glasses of water per day even if you are not trying to burn calories.

DRINK GREEN TEA - Drink four to five cups of green tea per day for add fat burning. Green tea has properties that help human bodies burn more calories.

EAT EVERY TWO HOURS - Eat every two hours from the time you get up in the morning until 6 or 7 pm in the evening. Eating often will help keep your metabolism burning up calories all day long. Do not make your meals or snacks to high in calories, keep them healthy fruits or vegetables.

You can burn calories easy if you change your lifestyle.
