WEIGHT LIFTING - Begin weight lifting five days per week. You do not need to spend a lot of money on equipment. A good set of dumbbells will do fine. You can do many muscle building exercises with no equipment at all such as crunches or sit-ups, lunges, squats and push-ups. Increase your number of sets each week.

Exercise five to seven days per week doing a cardiovascular exercise. Anything that keeps you moving for one half hour or more and gets your heart pumping is a cardiovascular exercise. Activities such as walking, jogging, hiking, water skiing, snow skiing, volleyball, stationary biking or roller skating.

Make a new habit of moving more each day to reach your weight loss goals fast.

Cardiovascular exercises help you to burn fat, but weight bearing exercises help you to build muscle also which burns more fat each day and keeps burning fat even when you are sleeping.

GET MOTIVATED - Set your mind on losing weight. Practice making better food choices and choosing to exercise everyday. Begin eating lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains and fish every day. You can teach your mind how to lose weight fast.
