Go and see your doctor immediately. Avoid other people. Cough or sneeze into a tissue and then throw it away. Take a supply of tissues with you. If you find yourself without a tissue, cough or sneeze into your elbow to stop the spread of the virus.

Do not go to work or school until your symptoms have gone away, you do not want to spread the virus. This virus can be deadly.
