Diabetes does not stay the same throughout your lifetime. It can get worse if you do not take care of your body. Incorporate the appropriate exercise routine into your daily routine.
Walking is one of the easiest and healthiest exercises that you can do. After you have consulted your doctor, start walking every day. Keep up with your walking until you are able to walk for at least one hour per day. Walking after a meal will help your digestive system working properly.

TIRED? - Notice if you are feeling tired all the time. Fatigue is one symptom of diabetes. If you are feeling weak and tired all the time, you should see a doctor.
