EXERCISE - Daily exercise is crucial, even in small amounts. Start by walking 10 minutes per day. Gradually increase your time until you are walking 60 minutes per day. How To Raise Good HDL Cholesterol Levels

Managing your cholesterol levels is very important and high cholesterol should not be overlooked.
